Rodent Exclusion
We share the Pacific Northwest with commensal animals and insects. This means they have adapted to live in the areas of our structures that we can not or do not regularly visit. Exclusion is the preferred method of pest control. The fact that rodents can access our homes and businesses through a hole the size of a dime takes a trained eye to see.
Residential
In order for our houses to not become a moldy mess they need to have airflow. Crawl spaces and attics both have vents to allow airflow. These are weak points that will be tested by rodents and birds. Inspection and repair are critical to prevent access.
